For some reason Bella's school decided to combine teacher's grading days with Spring Break... so instead of a week off of school it ended up being 11 days off at school. When I first read that we would have 11 days to fill... I was in a bit of a panic. 11 days to fill with activities seemed a bit daunting. But, so far so good. There have been a few catastrophes, (like yesterday at the park when Meritt decided to poop her pants, stick her hand in it and smear it on her clothes) (of course I didn't even have a wipe with me... and we had walked all the way from home.) but over all it's been fun! I've come to expect the catastrophes that come along with life. It's just that, life. No need in getting upset... it's much better to laugh.
We've really not done anything spectacular. There haven't been any trips. Nothing that's going to go down on the memory books. We've just spent time together. Which in my opinion can be the best way you can spend any time. Just being together, playing outside, taking walks, eating meals, playing games, coloring pictures, enjoying the little things.
The girls have been enjoying playing together (and have been getting along). They have invented some games, have turned their bikes into imaginary horses, have read books, taken walks, fed ducks... have been a real pleasure. What was I so nervous about? Now, I can't wait for Summer!

I am feeling for you. We have had many of our own poo stories and you are right, laughter is the best way to cope with it! Hope your break keeps going well :)
