(MERITT) What this ol' thing Mama? Nah, it's ok, I can be a big girl, cute, and still suck on my bink.....
(ME) Come on Meritt give me the binky.....
(MERITT) Oh, Mama, I just don't know what your talking about?....
(ME) Ok, then I'll just take that thing out of your mouth if you won't give it to me....
(MERITT) WAAAAAAAAAAA, GIVE IT BACK I SAY........ YOU ARE NOT A NICE MAMA....
(ME) fine, have your darn binky.........
(MERITT) (devilish laugh) I told you I was cute! ;)
Eight years ago today, two people pledged to love each other in good and bad, and to become each others family... and over the years two have become four, as we have added our beautiful daughters... this year we are feeling blessed with all that this eight years has brought us! Can't wait to see what new blessings come our way in the coming years as eight turns into eighty! Things have changed a lot since we started out... we don't have nearly as much "us" time, not as much quiet, or time for romance, but I can't imagine a happier way to spend my life, or a better person to go on the adventure with.
